Mediation Skills Training (21 hours)
Conflict is common, natural and offers
a range of opportunities. How we deal with conflict is a
choice. In between working things out on our own and some
form of legal intervention, or worse an act of violence,
there exists the option of mediation.
Focused on learning both the basic
principles and practices of a mediated process through
instruction, group exercises, and experiential role-plays
with extensive one-on-one coaching, this training
concentrates on the following:
